The origin of raw materials, the transmission of knowledge and traditional know-how are commitments shared by users of the Lescure brand all over the world – although from different cultures, they form a community of committed craftsmen who share the same values and are united by their choice of using Lescure butter.

For over 100 years, Lescure has been committed to craftsmen, with its exceptional PDO Charentes-Poitou Butter, and gives a voice to craftsmen so that they can pass on and share their know-how.

After interviews with Jeffrey Cagnes, Benoit Castel and Cyril Gaidella, it's now Kim Eun Nyeon, Head Pastry Chef in South Korea at "doux à monter", and Lim KenJay, Head Pastry Chef in Malaysia at "Croisserie", who speak about their daily lives as Committed Artisans. Through interviews and the preparation of a recipe, they explain why they have chosen Lescure butter and why this commitment is so important to them.
