    Taramasalata

    Press the smoked cod roe through a sieve.

    Loosen the cream cheese with a spatula.

    Add the smoked cod roe and season with a little pepper.

    Seafood is traditionally eaten with a butter that has a rich, full flavour.

    Lescure Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, because of its character, enhances this salty flavour.
