Chef Joaquin Soriano, Lescure brand ambassador in Taiwan, got inspired by the Twist recipe, the iconic pastry made from croissant dough which versatility gives free rein to creativity. He offered a special variation of it to revisit the traditional mooncake and celebrate 2021 Moon Festival.

His own version of the recipe includes, in addition to the use of Lescure butter sheet in the croissant dough, a red beans filling, a strawberry jelly and Lescure cream whipped into a red-bean flavored Chantilly.
